Swarn Chatterjee, Jinhee Kim - This study examines the debt burdens, perceived financial capability, and the physical as well as psychological well-being of young adults. We use data constructed from the two most recent waves (2013 and 2015) of the Panel Study of Income Dynamics (PSID) and its Transition to Adulthood (TA) supplement.  The implications from the key findings of this study for scholars, practitioners, and counselors are included.
