Cynthia Crawford, Frances Lawrence - The researchers will focus on “How to get an ‘A’ in retirement,” an online retirement planning non-credit course for University faculty, staff and the public. This groundbreaking application of research draws from both positive psychology as well as best practices and research in personal financial planning. The session will emphasize program evaluation at the behavior change level and the action solutions that over 250 participants have implemented in the pilot year to increase their well-being. Public value statements for the University and for society will also be presented.
